The data we collect: Like almost every single website you visit, we do capture limited information. This includes your IP address, the type of browser your computer uses and the brand and version of your operating system etc. It is only used by us in order that we can ensure that our website continues to interact with all of the varying systems being operated. None of the information that our system captures is, in any way, personal.
Cookies: We do not use any cookie that places information directly onto your local machine. We use a type of cookie called a session variable that stores information on the server whilst you are on our site. This is used solely to make sure your visit to our site is as enjoyable as possible.

Your continued use of this website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to make an enquiry of us or order from us. If you do not accept these terms, please do not continue to use this website.

Booking & Placing An Order

You are deemed to have made a confirmed booking for photographic services only after your agreed Booking Fee has been received. Dates will not be held as ‘reserved’ for more than 14 days from initial enquiry. Booking Fees are non-refundable.

You place an order for services and/or goods with Scott Dennis Photography either in writing, email and/or our online shopping basket process. As part of our shopping basket process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. Scott Dennis Photography will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the services, photographs and/or products you have ordered.

If not pre-paid, upon our acceptance of your order a pro-forma invoice will be sent to you. Payment, in full, is required before your order will be processed. Once your order is complete we will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be completed, unless we have previously notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order by mutual agreement according to these Terms & Conditions.
We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are either continually out of stock or no longer available;
(b) where we cannot obtain clearance/authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

Pricing

Our prices are inclusive of VAT. Our prices include free delivery to any UK mainland address.

Delivery

We will endeavour to deliver all stock items within 7 - 10 days of our payment confirmation email to you.
Orders which are out of stock or that may have to be sourced directly from one of our suppliers, or if a specific photographic size or finish is required, and we are unable to deliver within our normal 7 - 10 day delivery then we will contact you to discuss the situation and advise with an estimated delivery date.
Orders from our bespoke album range that have to be ‘made to order’ by one of our external suppliers will normally result in a 2 - 4 week delivery.
Orders are normally despatched via Royal Mail using the appropriate service and it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that delivery by Royal Mail can be made, at and to, the address supplied to Scott Dennis Photography. Scott Dennis Photography will always obtain ‘Proof of Posting’ from Royal Mail and will use this as confirmation in the event of a non-delivery.
